Leader interviewed by BBC Surrey about launch of UK’s first highways degree

Surrey County Council leader David Hodge was interviewed on BBC Surrey about the UK’s first masters degree course to train the next generation of public sector road managers. The highway engineering MSc was launched by the SE7 group of councils, including Surrey, and Brighton University.
