Four-time Olympic gold medallist Bradley Wiggins has announced he will compete in the Tour of Britain next month.
The eight-stage tour will culminate in a final stage through Surrey on 16 September, starting in Reigate and finishing in Guildford.
The event will be Wiggins’ first competitive return to Surrey since he won gold in the Olympic time trial earlier in the summer.
