Media office contact details are listed below. All media queries, including those relating to Surrey Fire and Rescue Service, should be directed in the first instance to 020 8541 8996.

Please note that these numbers are for the media only, and we are unable to answer general enquiries on these extensions. If you have a general council enquiry you can complete our feedback form or call the contact centre on 03456 009 009.

Out of hours media queries (5pm to 9am and weekends)

If you’re a member of the media with an urgent out of hours enquiry, please call 020 8541 7920. This will divert you to our out of hours duty media officer.

The dedicated media line for out of hours Surrey Fire and Rescue Service media queries is 01737 224028. Please note this number is only to be used for out of hours incidents, and is not intended to be used for general fire service media enquiries.
