Surrey County Council’s Chairman, Mrs Lavinia Sealy, has presented Eagle Radio with a cheque for £300 to put towards the station’s Christmas Toy Appeal.
The money will go towards ensuring less fortunate children across the county have a present to unwrap on Christmas Day.
More than 2,500 toys for the appeal have also been collected from drop off points throughout Surrey, including County Hall and a number of libraries.
