Leader David Hodge appeared on national television today to explain why Surrey County Council declined the Coalition’s council tax freeze.
The freeze was turned down to save the authority from a financial black hole.
An interview with Mr Hodge was broadcast on BBC Two’s Daily Politics show and it also appeared on the national section of the BBC’s website.
