Surrey County Council’s plans to support communities in running 10 libraries was featured on the BBC’s Sunday Politics.
On the programme, Surrey’s Cabinet Member for Community Services and the 2012 Games Helyn Clack explained the aim of the plans was to “keep all 52 libraries open” while elsewhere in the country branches are closing.
