A pre-inquest review into the death of Private Cheryl James will take place on Tuesday 19 May.
Private James died of a gunshot wound in 1995 at Princess Royal Barracks, Deepcut, Surrey. The High Court ruled last year that the inquest held on 21 December 1995 into her death should be quashed and a fresh inquest held.
The new inquest will be conducted by His Honour Brian Barker QC.
The pre-inquest review will be held in public at 2pm at HM Coroner’s Court, Station Approach, Woking, Surrey GU22 7AP.
