Who will be the 2025 Stars in Surrey?

Surrey County Council is proud to announce the return of the Stars in Surrey Awards 2025, a celebration of the remarkable individuals and groups who work, often voluntarily and behind the scenes, to make Surrey a better place to live, work, and thrive.

Now in its fourth year, Stars in Surrey honours the outstanding contributions of staff, residents, volunteers, charities, and partner organisations who embody the values of collaboration, inclusivity, innovation, and service excellence. Whether their impact is large or small, these stars deserve recognition, and we want to hear their stories.

Do you know someone who goes the extra mile to make a difference in their community? Is there a local hero, team, or organisation whose dedication and compassion inspires you? Now is your chance to shine a spotlight on them.

Tim Oliver, Leader of Surrey County Council, shared his thoughts on the awards: “It’s hugely important that we recognise the hard work of staff and residents across the county. Stars in Surrey is a small way of saying thank you to all those people for everything they do for the council, the county, and their community.”

The awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday, 3 December 2025, at the stunning G Live venue in Guildford. This year’s event promises to be the most spectacular yet.
