HMICFRS report finds Surrey Fire and Rescue Service has made “significant progress”.

Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire and Rescue Services has reported that Surrey Fire and Rescue Service has made “significant progress” in a number of areas since their previous inspection in 2018. Spelthorne’s new fire station opens

A new fire station – Fordbridge – opened in Spelthorne this week. Fordbridge is in an optimal location and replaces Staines and Sunbury fire stations. The station is contemporary, efficient and has training facilities that meet the needs of 21st century firefighters.
