Surrey takes part in national social care discussion

Surrey County Council’s Assistant Director for Policy and Strategy John Woods participated in a national debate organised by the Guardian about reform of the adult social care system after the introduction of a cap on an individual’s care costs and new legal rights for carers were promised in the Queen’s Speech last month.
