VIDEO: Flood appeal set for £15,000 boost from council

Surrey County Council Leader David Hodge today unveiled plans to donate almost £15,000 from the members’ allocation fund to the Surrey Flood Recovery Appeal launched by the Community Foundation for Surrey to help people get back on their feet after the severe weather.
