Surrey County Council’s Cabinet has signed off plans to award a contract to a water supplier that new leader Tim Oliver explained will save an estimated £26,000 a year on current costs.
Nine new fully electric, zero emission buses are set to be introduced on the Guildford park and ride service next month.
