Yvonne Rees confirmed as Mole Valley’s permanent chief executive

One woman will help to steer two councils after being confirmed in a ground-breaking double leadership role. Yvonne Rees has been made Mole Valley District Council’s permanent chief executive while also continuing as a strategic director at Surrey County Council.
