BBC interview on Surrey schemes to help NEETs into work

Assistant Director for Young People Garath Symonds explained the Surrey County Council schemes aimed at helping young people classed as NEET – not in education, training or employment – into work to BBC Surrey’s James Cannon. He emphasised a chain of skills centres opened by the council to equip young people with the basic skills to progress.
