Community groups are being urged to bid for a share of £500,000 that is up for grabs for projects that improve their local areas.
People can begin applying for between £10,000 and £30,000 from 6 May towards schemes that make a lasting difference to people’s lives.
Already 60 projects have won grants from the Community Improvements Fund launched by Surrey County Council leader David Hodge.
Application forms can be found on Surrey County Council’s website. The deadline for bids is 25 July.
