His Honour Brian Barker QC, who is conducting an inquest into the death of Private Cheryl James, has published a ruling following a pre-inquest review hearing on 19 May.
Private James died of a gunshot wound in 1995 at Princess Royal Barracks, Deepcut, Surrey. The High Court ruled last year that the inquest held on 21 December 1995 into her death should be quashed and a fresh inquest held.
