Rising British cycling star Dan McLay will join German sprinter Andre Greipel and Belgian former world champion Tom Boonen on the start line of the 2016 Prudential RideLondon-Surrey Classic on Sunday 31 July.
McLay, who has been battling Greipel in sprint finishes at the Tour de France, will race on Surrey’s roads in a Great Britain team which also includes national road race champion Adam Blythe and former world hour record holder Alex Dowsett.
Team Sky are among the elite squads competing alongside BMC, Orica-BikeExchange and Etixx-QuickStep. For a full list of teams participating, visit RideLondon’s website.
