A Surrey father who donated a kidney to his seriously-ill daughter is taking part in this year’s Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 to raise money for the hospital which is caring for her.
He is among 27,000 riders taking part in the mass participation event on 31 July, with a further 3,000 set to ride the new Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 46 on the same day.
The riders in this year’s Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 also include a Surrey woman taking part for the MS Society after being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis three years ago.
