Orbis councils join forces with Splunk to bolster cyber security

Three councils have teamed up with Splunk to bolster cyber security. Surrey County Council, East Sussex County Council and Brighton and Hove City Council are working with the big data analysis firm through their Orbis partnership to protect against attacks.
