Plans to better protect Surrey residents from con artists and save taxpayers almost £400,000 a year have been approved in a trading standards merger with Buckinghamshire County Council.
Surrey and Buckinghamshire have agreed to look for opportunities to work together to find better ways to spend public money more effectively.
