Conservative Wyatt Ramsdale has won the Surrey County Council by-election for the Farnham South Division. Wyatt, who is also known as Robert Ramsdale, was elected as the county councillor after securing 932 votes – 178 more than nearest rival Jerry Hyman (Farnham Residents).
