Conservative Wyatt Ramsdale has won the Surrey County Council by-election for the Farnham South Division.
Wyatt, who is also known as Robert Ramsdale, was elected as the county councillor after securing 932 votes – 178 more than nearest rival Jerry Hyman (Farnham Residents).
The by-election was called after David Munro (Conservative) stood down following his election as the Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey.
