Take a video tour of the new Phoenix Youth Centre with Surrey County County Council’s Assistant Director for Young People Garath Symonds.
The finishing touches are being applied before the centre opens its doors as part of a joint project with Reigate and Banstead Borough Council to regenerate the Preston area.
