Streetlights will stay on an hour later to 1am in residential areas from next Thursday, Surrey County Council Cabinet Member for Highways Colin Kemp has announced.

Surrey County Council Cabinet Member for Transport Mike Goodman has hit out at the Rail, Maritime and Transport Union’s plans to strike tomorrow and Thursday. The strike will affect passengers using South Western Railway and Southern services.
